Judy Diephouse has been decorative painting for 37 years. She belongs to Western Michigan Decorative Artist and Grapevine Decorative Artists, an d has served on their boards and past president. She and her business partner, Lynne Deptula, are Distinctive Brushstrokes. They have published 23 books. Two new books were released in February 2010. Connie Parkinson

Connie Parkinson discovered tole painting in the 1970s while working toward a fine arts degree. She began teaching decorative painting in 1985, joining SDP shortly thereafter. She has since produced a line of instructional CDs and DVDs that showcase her techniques, authored six decorative painting books, and published more than four hundred original designs. In addition to travel-teaching, Connie exhibits at three major painting conventions a year.

Carol Kernozek has been painting for over 34 years and teaching painting for over 20 years. She belongs to three Guilds: CSDP, LRR, and the Capitolers. She has served on the NET Committee for 9 years: Past Assistant Chair 1yr, Chair 2yrs, Advisor 2 years, Theme Development Chair, Country Stores Co-Chair and CSDP Chapter Liaison. She has also served as NECC Treasurer.

Janice Tomlin

Janice Tomlin has been painting for over 20 years. She is a member of the White Mountain Decorative Painter’s Guild. She is the owner of Abby Rose Studios and currently teaches in her home studio.

Beth Wagner

Beth Wagner started out as a fashion illustrator in New York City and worked as such for 25 years. She has only been teaching panting for 12 years. She belongs to 4 Chapters: DALI, East End, DAWN, and Harbor Lights. Beth teaches nationally and has taught (or still teaches) at NET, HOOT, Seattle, Houston, MAD (until it ended) and Nationals. She has been published in Paint Works, Quick and Easy. One of her paintings will be in the DAC’s new Angel book.
She just made her first DVD – roses, of course! She will start teaching on Crystal Cruise cruises around the world.
